Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first impression for every guest walking through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing outstanding customer service and creating a warm, seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll manage reservations, assist with guest needs, and help ensure our front desk runs smoothly and professionally.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
Provide detailed information about room availability, rates, amenities, and hotel services
Handle new reservations, modifications, and cancellations in our property management system (PMS)
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with a helpful, solution-focused approach
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment
Process payments, post charges, and accurately manage daily financial transactions
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
Recommend room upgrades or amenities when appropriate to enhance the guest experience
Monitor lobby activity and uphold safety and security protocols
Stay informed on all hotel policies, procedures, and offerings
Record and report guest feedback or issues to management as needed
Complete end-of-shift tasks such as balancing the cash drawer and preparing shift reports
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
Friendly, professional communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service
Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Basic computer skills; experience with PMS platforms like Stayntouch or Roommaster is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and well-groomed with a team-first attitude
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
