Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first impression for every guest walking through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing outstanding customer service and creating a warm, seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll manage reservations, assist with guest needs, and help ensure our front desk runs smoothly and professionally.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • n
  • Provide detailed information about room availability, rates, amenities, and hotel services
  • n
  • Handle new reservations, modifications, and cancellations in our property management system (PMS)
  • n
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with a helpful, solution-focused approach
  • n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment
  • n
  • Process payments, post charges, and accurately manage daily financial transactions
  • n
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • n
  • Recommend room upgrades or amenities when appropriate to enhance the guest experience
  • n
  • Monitor lobby activity and uphold safety and security protocols
  • n
  • Stay informed on all hotel policies, procedures, and offerings
  • n
  • Record and report guest feedback or issues to management as needed
  • n
  • Complete end-of-shift tasks such as balancing the cash drawer and preparing shift reports
  • n

What We’re Looking For:

    n
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
  • n
  • Friendly, professional communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service
  • n
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • n
  • Basic computer skills; experience with PMS platforms like Stayntouch or Roommaster is a plus
  • n
  • Dependable, punctual, and well-groomed with a team-first attitude
  • n
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
