Job Description

Assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day project oversight and coordination Preparing, tracking, and processing RFIs (Requests for Information) and Submittals Taking accurate Meeting Minutes and distributing them to those relevant Supporting project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely deliverables Assisting with budget tracking, cost management, and invoice review Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy Helping maintain project schedules and identifying potential delays or conflicts Communicating with clients, design teams, and field personnel to facilitate smooth operations Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies Utilizing project management software and tools to update logs and maintain records Participating in project meetings, site walks, and punch list walkthroughs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-4 years of construction project support experience Comfortable managing RFIs, Submittals, and Meeting Minutes Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Willingness to visit job sites and support field coordination Basic understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and safety standards What's on Offer
