Job Description
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for:
Building products from detailed work orders and assembling from scratch using schematics, quality manuals, and manufacturing process documents. Performing precision work such as soldering, crimping, and assembling electrical components including connectors, resistors, capacitors, and switches. Assembling boards and inspecting raw materials to ensure quality standards are met before and during production. Installing electrical assemblies into chassis and housings, and conducting functional testing for circuit continuity and system reliability. Recording detailed test results and maintaining accurate documentation for quality assurance purposes. Conducting incoming inspections of components and loading software onto systems during final integration. Keeping a clean, organized workspace aligned with GMP standards. Flexible and dependable-ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support production goals. The Successful Applicant
The successful Assembly Technicians will have a background as follows:
Holds a technical certificate or brings 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Familiar with cGMP standards and quality/regulatory audit procedures; experience with electro-optical assembly is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to read and follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and ISO/GMP documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with documentation and digital tools. Able to work independently or in team settings; flexible with schedule and open to overtime. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted to support production demands. What's on Offer
