Responsibilities:
Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI). Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall). Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. Manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation and contingency plans. Monitor and control project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on project status to stakeholders. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial constraints. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement. Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers.
