Position Summary

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed construction schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of renewable energy projects. The Scheduler will work closely with project managers, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to plan and coordinate project activities using industry-standard scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules from pre-construction through commissioning. Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to define project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities. Monitor project progress and perform schedule variance analysis and impact assessments. Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, look-aheads, and schedule performance metrics for internal and client reporting. Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Maintain resource-loaded schedules and identify resource constraints or overallocations. Integrate procurement, engineering, and permitting timelines into overall project schedules. Participate in regular progress meetings and provide input on schedule implications of changes, delays, and acceleration efforts. Ensure schedule compliance with project contract requirements and industry standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in project scheduling for construction, with at least 2 years in renewable energy (preferred). Proficiency in scheduling software such as

Primavera P6

(required), MS Project, or equivalent. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM). Familiarity with renewable energy projects including

utility-scale solar ,

wind farms , or

battery energy storage systems (BESS) . Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with integrated project controls systems. Knowledge of construction contracts and scheduling clauses (e.g., delay claims, extensions). PMP, PSP, or AACE certification (a plus). OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (a plus). Compensation & Benefits
