This firm is known for its meticulous attention to detail, collaborative approach with architects and designers, and its ability to deliver distinctive homes tailored to each client's vision. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction, from site development to final punch list Coordinate daily with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and homeowners Perform regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are met Track project schedules and budgets, adjusting plans to resolve issues proactively Maintain detailed project records and uphold all safety and compliance standards Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the build Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of residential construction experience, preferably with custom or luxury homes Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and local building codes Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset Please note:
