Lead with purpose as the Director of Advanced Practice and Clinical Operations - Women's Health with Orlando Health, located in the vibrant and energetic city of Orlando, Florida.

The Position The Director of Advanced Practice and Clinical Operations - Women's Health will lead the women's specialty Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team, overseeing risk management, quality, safety, and clinical operations for assigned outpatient clinics. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Chief Clinical Officer, and with a dotted-line relationship to the Assistant Vice President of Women's Services, this leader will oversee two direct reports and a team of 32 FTEs. Key responsibilities for this leader include building strong relationships with staff to establish trust, observing team dynamics, and offering recommendations for improvement and positive change. Additional responsibilities includeclinical oversight related to workflow development, job description creation, and participation in the Nursing Executive Council. The leader will be expected to maintain clinical hours, with specific scheduling to be determined. The ideal candidate is a humble, collaborative leader with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive results. Previous leadership experience is essential, and outpatient experience is preferred. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Master's preferred. Must be an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with a focus on women's health. A minimum of five years of clinical experience. The Organization
