Role Overview We're seeking a hands-on

Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

to own the full project lifecycle-from contract award through closeout-ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and best-in-class quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Lead all phases of assigned plumbing projects, including kickoff, scheduling, field coordination, and turnover Budget & Cost Control:

Develop and manage project budgets, track actual vs. forecasted costs, and mitigate potential overruns Financial Reporting:

Prepare and submit accurate billings, process change orders, and maintain transparent cost reports Field Coordination:

Align manpower, materials, and equipment with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to meet project milestones Document Management:

Review and process RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; manage contracts, meeting minutes, change logs, and closeout packages Stakeholder Engagement:

Facilitate project meetings with clients, general contractors, and trade partners to resolve issues and drive collaboration Compliance & Safety:

Enforce contract requirements, building codes, and company safety standards on every job site Vendor & Subcontractor Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure reliable delivery schedules Risk Mitigation:

Proactively identify project risks and implement strategies to protect schedule, budget, and profitability Qualifications

Minimum

5+ years

of commercial plumbing project management experience (high-rise plumbing a plus) Deep understanding of plumbing systems, construction sequencing, and multi-trade coordination Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent project management software Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost forecasting, and variance reporting Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
