Position Summary

Our Administrative office in Greenville, SC has the opportunity for an experienced IT Security Analyst to join the firm's expanding Information Security department. The IT Security Analyst will assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of the Ogletree Deakins security program. Activities will include defining security policies, processes and standards, managing threats and vulnerabilities, assisting with vendor vetting, and assisting with responding to client security questionnaires. The IT Security Analyst will work with the IT management team and department to define processes and standards, to ensure security configurations are implemented and maintained, and to ensure that vulnerabilities identified in regular scans are remediated in a timely and effective manner.

Essential Functions

Serves as a liaison with IT and business area partners to identify, understand, document and advise on security requirements, impacts and risks. Develops and maintains documentation for security systems, procedures and security diagrams. Serves as a member of the Change Management team to ensure the security considerations of changes are addressed. Serves as a member of the Information Security Advisory Board to help facilitate awareness and the dissemination of security related information. Assists with security awareness initiatives in the form of emails, newsletters, training, and anti-phishing awareness campaigns. Assists with managing the firm's Security site which serves as a repository of policies, procedures, standards, and security artifacts. Analyzes, proposes and implements solutions concerning residual risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures. Monitors threat awareness information to identify vulnerabilities. Ensures vulnerability test and security review results are communicated, assigned, and tracked appropriately. Participates on IT projects to ensure that security issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle. Participates in initiatives to identify, select and implement technical controls. Develops information security processes, policies and procedures. Advises on service level agreements and works to ensure that security controls are managed and maintained. Researches, evaluates and recommends information security related hardware and software including development of businesses cases for security investments. Serves as a liaison and lead on audit-related initiatives managing relationships, collection of data, progression tracking, assessment and remedial activities. Assists and supports the development of security architecture. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience and familiarity with IT infrastructure, project management, and SDLC methodologies and processes. Experience with incident response and investigation Experience with day to day Security operations and user requests Experience Azure cloud Security tools Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks Preferred: Security related training and certification(s). Preferred: Experience and familiarity with the ITIL framework and processes. Excellent communications skills. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio Proven ability to work on a team and in a highly collaborative environment.
