Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Corona, CA to support the production of custom enclosures, safety modules, and related sub-assemblies. Pay Rate: $20.15/hour $21.40/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
What You'll Be Doing:
Assemble custom enclosures and safety interlocked electrical modules Read and interpret BOMs, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and drill motors to complete tasks Build and secure basic wire harnesses and electrical sub-assemblies Maintain clean, organized work areas in alignment with 5S principles Follow company policies and uphold ESL's core values daily Perform additional duties as assigned by leads or supervisors What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Good oral communication skills Self-motivated with a positive work ethic High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, climbing, and stooping throughout the shift Must be able to hear, follow verbal directions, and communicate effectively with team members
