Qualifications and Background Required:

Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with atleast 5 years of experience with [Sales Cloud and Service Cloud] Trailhead badges/superbadges Certified Salesforce Administrator** Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

A proactive attitude towards platform enhancements A desire to implement best practice solutions Availability and responsiveness to questions Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions Training users and creating training materials Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules) Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): automation, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
