We’re seeking a seasoned
Systems Analyst
to support an enterprise-level implementation of
PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 , with a strong emphasis on
Accounts Receivable and Billing
modules. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst who excels at gathering complex requirements, leading fit/gap analysis, and executing end-to-end system integration testing with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with SMEs to define requirements and analyze business needs
Lead fit/gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM modules
Conduct hands-on system integration testing
Support configuration and approval workflows
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation
✅ Required Experience:
8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
Deep experience with Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations
Proven ability in requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis
Strong integration testing experience
Proficient with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
2+ years working in MS Teams with large teams
⭐ Experience:
Public sector experience (federal, state, or local government)
Familiarity with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials
PeopleSoft AWE, SharePoint, Jira, Scrum framework, STAT
Pay Rate:
W-2:
$65 – $70/hr (target), up to $80/hr max
1099:
$78 – $84/hr (target), up to $96/hr max
