Systems Analyst 3 - Peoplesoft Functional - AR/Billing Process Expert & Public Sector ERP Modernization Consultant

Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only

Need Overall 10+Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft FSCM implementation or upgrade projects

8 years Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management

8 years Experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis

8 years Experience in hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing

8 years Experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

2 years Experience with MS Teams and large team communication

Preferred:

4 years Experience in public sector (Federal, State, or Local Government)

2 years Experience with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials

2 years Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger and Commitment Control

2 years Experience with SharePoint

1 year Experience with Jira

1 year Experience working in the Scrum framework

Specific Skills:

Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, especially Asset Management

Business analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis

System integration, interface testing

Strong written/verbal communication

Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Microsoft Teams collaboration

Documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
