The Role: Front Desk Associate
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of the guest experience—from warm welcomes to check-out smiles. You’ll handle reservations, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure each stay is smooth and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
Complete check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations (online, phone, and in person)
Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, and hotel amenities
Handle guest concerns with empathy and urgency
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
Maintain up-to-date records of guest information and payments
Upsell hotel services and amenities when appropriate
Deliver exceptional service to all guests, including VIPs and group travelers
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience at a hotel front desk (OnQ, Opera, or similar systems preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A warm, helpful attitude and professional appearance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual – a must!
