About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Management and Marketing to spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to the innovation and marketing of self-service retail systems. The successful candidate will be a global leader, driving the development of next-generation solutions that enhance consumer experiences and address the challenges of rising labor costs. This role is pivotal in owning the product strategy, leading go-to-market execution, and ensuring that product development is customer-centric. The VP will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from market research to product roadmaps, and will work closely with engineering and program teams to deliver features that meet market demands. Additionally, the role involves leading marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and reach new markets, as well as mentoring a team of product managers and marketers to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Applicants for the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management or marketing leadership, preferably within technology, manufacturing, or self-service retail. The role requires a proven track record in managing product portfolios, launching new products, and driving revenue through effective go-to-market strategies. Strong financial acumen, P&L ownership experience, and a background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience with recurring revenue models, managed services, or remote device management, and possess key competencies in strategic vision, customer focus, team leadership, and results orientation.
