We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented
Client Service Associate
to join our dynamic team in Denver. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely, effective, and professional assistance. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and service documentation Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently Monitor client accounts to ensure all services and deliverables meet expectations Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through service processes Track and report on service metrics and client feedback Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in client service, account management, or administrative support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits
