We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Account Representative
to join our dynamic team in Denver. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our company and assigned client accounts, ensuring all customer needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-focused, and capable of building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates to clients Maintain accurate account records and track performance metrics Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling Prepare and deliver regular reports and client updates Ensure contract compliance and high-quality service delivery Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of experience in account management or customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Ability to work both independently and within a team High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Benefits
