Who you are:
You are a skilled project manager who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. As our Integration Manager, you will lead the successful execution of integration activities following acquisitions, working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization. Reporting to the Head of the Integration Management Office (IMO), you will play a central role in ensuring operational alignment and post-acquisition success. You will also lead a small but growing team, starting with one direct report.
What you will do:
Lead the Integration of Acquisitions (PMI): Collaborate with executive leadership, M&A teams, and functional leaders to define integration objectives, priorities, and timelines. Create detailed roadmaps for each phase of the integration, identifying necessary resources and coordinating internal teams. Identify opportunities for process optimization and synergy realization to drive operational efficiency and follow-up actions Monitor & Facilitate Integration Projects:
Lead and coordinate with functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations,IT, etc.) to ensure a smooth execution of integration into existing processes effectively and efficiently. Conduct regular monitoring of project progress, identifying bottlenecks, risks and implementing corrective actions to overcome challenges and keep integration projects on track and within budget. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of integration projects Communication and Stakeholder Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related inquiries and updates. Facilitate clear and transparent communication between stakeholders, including executive leadership, employees, and external partners. Manage expectations and address concerns to maintain alignment and engagement throughout the integration process. Oversee administrative integration responsibilities
Manage documentation, track progress, and ensure timely reporting. Support post-close administrative function and updates. Consistent timely execution of onboarding process and integrations activities. This role oversees one direct report and coordinates cross-functionally with leaders across Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and other functional areas. As Alloy continues to grow, this team may expand to support an increasing number of integrations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects Ability to effectively and efficiently run meetings Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability and business acumen Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Monday, Asana) preferred Your Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field required; or equivalent experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in integration, project management, or related roles Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred Physical Qualifications:
This role requires regular in-office attendance at our Branch Support Center in the Atlanta Metro area when not traveling Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards Benefits
