The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled project manager who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments to join the Integration Management Office (IMO). As the Integration Manager, you will lead cross-functional post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational alignment.
You will serve as a central point of contact between internal teams and newly acquired businesses, and you'll lead a small-but growing-team, beginning with one direct report.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Cross-Functional Integration Projects
Build and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
Coordinate functional leads across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and more
Facilitate weekly integration meetings and follow-ups
2. Mitigate Risk & Drive Accountability
Monitor project milestones, blockers, and dependencies
Proactively communicate issues and escalate as needed
3. Serve as Liaison to Sellers
Gather diligence materials and ensure timely delivery of integration data
Maintain communication with Sellers throughout onboarding
4. Oversee Administrative Integration Tasks
Track documentation, reporting, and post-close activities
Support timely completion of administrative updates

Who You Are
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Excellent at leading meetings and coordinating across departments
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Calm under pressure with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Tech-savvy and familiar with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in integration, M&A, or operations
Experience in a growth-oriented or PE-backed environment preferred
Work Environment & Travel
Based in Atlanta at the Branch Support Center
Requires regular in-office presence when not traveling
Travel up to 50% as needed for integration projects
