Position Summary
The QARA Analyst is to receive and process incoming customer returns, resolve problem return issues and coordinate the movement of materials to the respective area.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for processing, posting and issues related to incoming customer returns.
Responsible for inventory management and disposition related to incoming customer returns.
Prioritize daily activities accordingly.
Moves materials from returns area to investigations area by operating a forklift or pallet jack.
Interact/communicate with Failure Investigator, Warehouse, Customer Service and Management.
Manage the returns receipt log and track incoming returns for processing data.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, follow established safety practices and report safety issues to Supervisor.
Team member and participant in all internal and external audits.
Required to participate as a team member on assigned projects.
Oversee Problem Return Authorization inbox and investigate problem Return Authorizations. This may include assisting in training Customer Success for Return Authorizations.
Responsible for overseeing the MDR disposal project that takes place quarterly. Tracks MDR disposal and keeps spreadsheets/forms updated and current.
Responsible for consistent process improvements for Return Authorizations and inventory space, as needed.
Responsible for updates to procedures to be consistent with daily process and QMS.
Assists in quality inspections for both rework scenarios and/or incoming/outgoing inspections.
Assist in daily complaint handling validation reports.
Supports any data analyzing for complaints and investigations.
Assist and support in returned product investigations
– will be cross-functional trained to help support the failure investigator.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education Associate’s Degree or equivalent
Required Skills & Experience
Two (2) to Five (5) years related experience.
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to accurately count
Must be able to work in seasonal warehouse conditions
Must be able to read and write legibly.
Must be computer literate, able to use software applications such as outlook, excel, access and word.
Must be able to learn and use company software and programs such as SAP
Must be forklift certified or have the ability to be forklift certified.
Previous experience with electric or hydraulic pallet jacks.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Preferred Skills, Experience & Education
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
