Job Description

Arkatechture is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our growing Product organization, which includes three critical teams: Infrastructure, Product Engineering (R&D), and the Data Hub ecosystem. This will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Data teams to align execution with strategic priorities. and will collaborate with Product Owners and work with solution architects, system administrators, developers, and internal business stakeholders to plan and complete new product features and enhancements to existing product features with agile (scrum), incremental deliveries which align with the product roadmap and vision.

A successful applicant will be a critical thinker and problem solver, leader and will possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will be passionate about bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to technical teams. The TPM will be responsible for tracking and driving delivery across new features, bug fixes, and infrastructure projects, ensuring accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Delivery

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) across multiple cross-functional teams Champion Agile best practices and adapt them pragmatically based on team and organizational needs Partner closely with Product Owner(s) to ensure requirements are well understood, prioritized, and aligned with sprint capacity Support backlog management and prioritization efforts; while the Product Owner is responsible for translating requirements into actionable user stories, the TPM ensures Jira is properly maintained and stories are clear and ready for development Work with the scrum team to get estimations and tasks created in Jira Work with the Product Owner(s) to load up sprints Co-ordinate increments, milestones and align with staffing plan Stakeholder Communication

Identify risks and issues and include in communication to all stakeholders Maintain visibility into progress, blockers, and staff capacity across all assigned lanes Provide regular updates and risk/mitigation plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Develop clear reporting (dashboards or summaries) for leadership and stakeholders that highlight timelines, risks, dependencies, and key metrics Accountability & Execution

Ensure developers are aligned and accountable to sprint commitments Track and ensure realistic work scopes while supporting teams in identifying and unblocking challenges Help the teams balance velocity, technical debt, and timelines Resource & Capacity Planning

Partner with Product, R&D and Data Hub Leads to track team capacity across competing priorities Collaborate on sprint forecasting and release planning to support go-to-market and implementation schedules Continuous Improvement

Identify process gaps or delivery inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions Help build playbooks and knowledge management documentation in Confluence Support defect tracking, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to drive future improvements Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery role within SaaS, Data, or DevOps environments Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile delivery models. Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Slack, Google Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable managing up, down, and across. Demonstrated experience working directly with Product Owners to support prioritization and planning, and to ensure development teams are aligned and equipped to deliver. Critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work and conflicting priorities Drive detailed estimates, work breakdown, and plans through project management systems and processes Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable work experience Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Familiarity with SaaS Familiarity with data platform implementations, ETL workflows, or cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Experience with resource and capacity planning tools (Smartsheet, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, etc.). Understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and integration environments. Experience with Financial Services
