WSR is seeking a skilled IT Support assistant to enhance our team. This position requires delivering frontline support for both hardware and software issues, while also managing and maintaining cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365. We are seeking a versatile technician with excellent troubleshooting abilities, a customer-centric approach, and experience in cloud technologies.
Requirements
Provide technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software (operating systems, productivity applications). Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows 11 operating systems. Configure, maintain, and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive. Assist with Azure Active Directory (AAD) including user provisioning, MFA, and conditional access. Maintain and troubleshoot end-user accounts, access, and permissions across cloud systems. Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes for users, including setup and decommissioning of devices. Document incidents, procedures, and solutions using the supported ticketing system. Assist with IT asset management and maintain accurate inventory records. Provide end-user training and guidance as needed required. Qualification and requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role. Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365, including both support and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure. In-depth knowledge of hardware support for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Familiarity with Windows 11 operating environments. Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, GoTo Resolve, and RDP. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and adept at troubleshooting. Preferred Skills and experience
Possession of Microsoft certifications, such as AZ-900, MS-900, or MD-102. Proficiency in scripting, with a preference for PowerShell. Fundamental understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices. Experience in cloud-first environments. Working Conditions
