About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Customer Operations to lead the management of customer service for our large-scale regulated water and natural gas utility. This pivotal role requires overseeing a diverse, cross-functional team across various locations, dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to millions of customers.
The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer experiences and improving operational efficiencies, aligning with our mission and core values. Key responsibilities will involve:
Providing strategic leadership across customer service functions

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years in customer service management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, is essential. Experience in the utilities sector, specifically in water and natural gas, is highly beneficial.
