is looking for a bright, motivated
System Administrator
to join our team. The System Administrator position will be a 100% hands-on role and will support both company and project team endeavors. The System Administrator will participate in the full life cycle of agile or waterfall projects by designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure systems. They will need to be skilled in managing cloud infrastructure, enterprise services, and ensuring high-quality system reliability and security. Additional duties include managing Microsoft 365 platform services, Active Directory administration, and supporting enterprise backup and restore operations. The System Administrator will need to have a strong understanding of business requirements, system architecture, and technical constraints.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a diverse environment and be able to multitask many work streams at once. This associate will mentor junior staff and have been able to take 100% ownership of tasks assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant work experience Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder Minimum 5 years of experience as a mid-level and senior level System Administrator Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 platform administration Experience with cloud infrastructure systems and cloud servers Proficiency in Windows Server Active Directory administration Experience with Microsoft Entra ID management and configuration Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management and security Experience with Microsoft Purview Records Management Expertise in enterprise backup/restore solutions and procedures Experience with VMware vCenter and virtualization technologies Ability to contribute to infrastructure design and architecture discussions Experience in creating technical documentation and system procedures Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (such as Version One, Rally, or JIRA) Strong understanding of enterprise security principles and best practices Desired Skills and Qualifications
Cloud certified (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar) Experience with automation and scripting tools
