As a Senior Offering Manager at Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI) software, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.
You will report directly to Director, Offering Management, Process & People Pillar and you'll work onsite out of our Houston, Texas office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Monitor market trends and performance-driven landscape to identify growth opportunities
Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
Conduct market research and identify customer needs
Travel up to 30%
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in offering management or related roles
5+ years experience domain knowledge within the oil & gas/energy sector in process optimization and digital twins
Strong problem-solving skills
Innovative mindset and ability to evangelize new offerings.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
