Trillium Construction is currently seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative/Project Manager for a client in Albuquerque, NM.
Our client specializes in high-end commercial construction projects with a strong portfolio in the hospitality, resort, senior housing, healthcare, and food and beverage sectors. Annual salary is $95-120k/year.
Key Responsibilities: -Serve as the primary liaison between ownership and project stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met. -Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout. -Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. -Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. -Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans. -Provide regular updates and reporting to ownership on project progress, risks, and performance.

Qualifications: -5+ years of experience as an Owner’s Rep or Project Manager in commercial construction. -Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following areas: hospitality, healthcare, senior housing, resorts, or food and beverage facilities. -Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management principles. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. -Ability to travel locally as needed for site visits and meetings.
