Job Description
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met. Use Agentic thinking and automation to dramatically improve process effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor program progress and address any risks or issues that may arise. Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders and leadership. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the technology department. Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization. The Successful Applicant
A successful Program Lead should have:
Proven experience managing technology programs. 7+ years of experience in project management within a digital landscape. Experience with D365 Sales is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology and manufacturing. What's on Offer
