What You'll Be Doing: Lead the design and implementation of building technology systems, including structured cabling, AV, security, and emergency communications Manage stakeholder coordination and communication across internal teams, clients, and contractors Provide technical guidance and review drawings/documents from junior designers Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality goals are met Participate in proposal development and business development efforts Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and resolve field issues Mentor junior staff and support cross-discipline collaboration What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience in low-voltage or technology systems design Proven success managing infrastructure projects in A/E or design-build environments Expertise in structured cabling, AV, CCTV, access control, PA/voice evac, and DAS Familiarity with Revit (primary design software used) and AutoCAD Experience in aviation or healthcare environments is a strong plus Understanding of LEED-aligned design processes is a bonus Strong communication, coordination, and leader
