Senior Software Engineer (Enterprise CI/CD Developer - Python) Duration:
3 Months (Possible extension up to 12 Months)
Job Overview:
we are seeking an experienced
Senior Software Engineer
to lead the enterprise rollout of
SonarQube
across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep development expertise, strong CI/CD experience, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with multiple platform teams. You will be instrumental in building automation, writing scripts, and integrating quality tools with cloud data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Development: Analyze and work with multiple CI/CD pipelines across State Street platforms. Create and deploy scripts supporting
SonarQube rollout . Build applications to integrate
SonarQube with DataLake
environments.
Release Management: Research and automate provisioning in the cloud. Manage releases following State Street's compliance policies.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams for coordinated rollout efforts. Ensure cross-team alignment for successful implementation.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and standards for SonarQube integration, deployment, and usage.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong expertise in
Python
and
CI/CD pipelines . Solid understanding of
Git, Jenkins, SonarQube , and
RDBMS/DataLake/DataBricks . Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Exposure to
multiple DevOps ecosystems : Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, Harness. Strong debugging and
troubleshooting
capabilities. Experience coordinating across multiple technical teams. Additional Information:
