Full-Time About the Company A leading custom steel fabricator delivering complex structural, hydraulic, and mechanical components for major infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects across North America. Known for in-house engineering and precision execution. The Opportunity Seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom fabrication projects from kickoff to delivery. You'll coordinate internal teams and serve as the main client contact to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to spec. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of fabrication projects from contract to closeout Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams Track budgets, schedules, milestones, and change orders Oversee submittals, RFIs, production, and QC activities What You Bring 3+ years in structural steel, industrial fabrication, or heavy manufacturing Understanding of steel fabrication, welding, machining, and hydraulics Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and software like Tekla or AutoCAD Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills What We Offer Salary: $80K-$100K based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO, holidays, and flexible scheduling Opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects Supportive, growth-focused team environment
