Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Telecom Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join their team. As a Telecom Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer you will be part of the Network Operations Center supporting critical network monitoring and troubleshooting efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Monitor and troubleshoot cutting-edge voice and data technologies to ensure national visibility of network outages.
Conduct data analysis by mining various systems to identify process issues leading to network outages.
Facilitate conference calls to discuss and resolve network outage issues.
Capture lessons learned from past outages and recommend changes to mitigate future risks.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes, tools, and performance to reduce repeatable outages.
What's Needed?
At least 1 year of relevant experience in network operations or a similar field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a disciplined approach to monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
Excellent communication skills for conducting conference calls and collaborating with team members.
