Warren Oil Company is currently looking for Quality Inspectors at our West Memphis, Arkansas location to work on second shift.

Quality Inspector Duties:
Perform detailed first piece inspections for all packaging lines in a timely manner
Verify components being used match parts list on work orders
Ensure package aesthetics are in compliance with Warren Oil Company's quality standards
Identify and quarantine all nonconforming product and notify supervisor when issues arise
Perform routine inspections throughout the facility under minimal supervision
Verify correct product and quantities while ensuring the product meets quality standards during truck loading
Perform pre-checks on all "pick" pallets as picker builds the pallet
Shutdown production when non-conformances are identified
Perform other duties as assigned
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Basic understanding of ISO 9001
Requires attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information
Problem- solving ability
Write legibly
Ability to work with others
Knowledge of filling, packaging, and labeling requirements for all products
Experience with manufacturing work orders, bill of materials, load tickets and following SOPs
Able to work and perform required duties in at least two of the following major functional areas: blow molding, purchased material inspection, shipping, warehousing, production line quality process
Warren Oil is the largest independent blender and packager of lubricants to the automotive, agriculture, commercial and heavy-duty markets in North America. The company operates six manufacturing and packaging facilities, located in North Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Warren Oil markets its lubricants, both conventional and synthetic, domestically and internationally to over forty countries, under the WARREN brand, the LUBRIGUARD brand, the LUBRIGOLD brand and the ITASCA brand. Warren Oil also manufactures and markets private label products for a number of Fortune 500 companies in addition to manufacturing and marketing a full line of automotive and heavy-duty chemicals, including anti-freeze and brake fluids, under its proprietary AUTOGUARD brand name.
