Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Experience Required - 7+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Led end-to-end SDLC activities including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support using Agile/Scrum methodology. Design and develop Service Catalog items, including record producers, variable sets, and multi-row variable sets. Implement workflows using Flow Designer, subflows, and Workflow Editor. Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and REST APIs to meet business requirements. Built and consumed web services for integrations, including Oracle and PeopleSoft, using HTTP methods and scripted REST APIs. Automat Asset Management processes, including data updates (location, state, sub-state), and customize hardware asset form layout Migrate legacy workflows to Flow Designer, enhanced Audit and Service Operations Workspaces, and implement CMDB strategies to ensure accurate asset and relationship tracking. Designed and customize Service Portals using Bootstrap and UI Builder, aligning with Figma designs for pixel-perfect and responsive UX. \ Facilitate new instance migration, data loading via Import Sets, and implement CG4 scanner integration for asset tracking. Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint plans, aligning feature delivery with business goals. Must be Champion on ServiceNow platform governance, enforced best practices, and improve operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvements. Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, analyzed logs, coordinated with the HI team, and create knowledge articles for recurring issues. Led and participate in UAT, functional testing, and release management (CAB meetings). Use qTest for test execution and JIRA for sprint tracking.
Salary Range - $85,000 to $97,000 per year
