We are searching for a customer service rep to work with a busy company located in New Orleans.
Hours are 8-5pm/M-F typically
This is a temp to hire position and once hired by the client there will be a full array of benefits offered.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client Communication & Support
Act as a primary contact for routine client communications Clarify client requests and escalate complex inquiries as needed Collaborate closely with Technical Managers and internal teams Deliver exceptional customer service and support Sample Intake & Registration
Receive and open packages from domestic and international clients Accurately register samples into the system Deliver samples to the lab for processing Ensure precision and attention to detail at every step Data & Documentation Management
Validate sample information prior to reporting Maintain organized, confidential records Use internal tools for accurate data entry and tracking Generate reports in line with lab policies Operational Support
Place online orders and coordinate shipping for outsourced testing Provide cross-functional support to other departments Participate in relevant training sessions Embrace new tools and systems with flexibility and a learning mindset Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to perform semi-repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency Independent problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
