We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented
Customer Service Assistant
to support our customer service team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist with processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution. Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Provide support to the customer service team with administrative tasks. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Additional Information
