experienced Project Manager
to lead
heavy highway and civil construction projects
from start to finish. What You'll Do: As Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of civil construction projects, ensuring they're completed safely, on time, and on budget. You will: Analyze project plans and specifications to define scopes of work Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Coordinate project teams, including field crews, subcontractors, and vendors Schedule labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency Lead project meetings and communicate with clients, engineers, and inspectors Troubleshoot issues and manage risks proactively What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll bring: Project Management experience
in
heavy highway, road, or civil construction with INDOT or ODOT projects required Strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams Solid understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications Budget, scheduling, and project performance analysis skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Tech skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project); familiarity with software like Bluebeam, OnStation, or ITAP is a plus A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites (within a 125-mile radius) You will also bring: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field peferred 5-8 years of relevant project management experience required Why You'll Love This Role: Excellent benefits -most start the first of the month after your first day 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums Company-paid trip for all employees every 5 years A culture built on
