We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at

NDX Twin Cities Dental Lab in Falcon Heights, MN for a Full Time Technical Advisor. Must have Dental Experience.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

There are classifications or levels of the Technical Advisor position: Technical Advisor I, II, and III. These levels are assigned based on experience, skill, and training in the laboratory processes and the fabrication of products.

A Technical Advisor may be trained on, and/or assigned to regularly perform one or more of the functions shown below.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

Review and analyze Retention Report to identify at risk customers and communicate to resolve customer concerns and improve retention. Process outgoing calls to customer in a timely manner. Facilitate assigned technical area technical calls. Coordinate technical training with vendor representatives for the laboratory team members. Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate. Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved. Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback. Review Final QC data with department manager for resolution. Back-up to department managers to support teams. Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed. All other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Required:

Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English. Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Working knowledge of Excel. Verbally communicate via telephone maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Verbally communicate with all levels of laboratory team members maintaining a positive demeanor. Takes initiative. Excellent listening skills. Attention to detail. Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment. Preferred: Production experience. Preferred: Customer Service experience. Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

All office equipment. Physical Requirements:

Perform tasks at multiple workstations. Standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
