Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Technical Advisor II opportunity at NDX Affinity in Louisville, KY. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including making calls to doctors on time, shade, poor impressions and missing items or information. Facilitate assigned technical area (Fixed/Removable/Implants) technical calls Utilize interactions with doctors and staff as selling opportunity while creating a positive image of the lab. Follow all procedures effectively Follow up on all customer complaints to ensure the issues identified are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Generate relationships with staff members in customer offices, including participation in local, regional and state dental staff organizations. All other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Required: Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Verbally communicate via telephone-maintaining a positive demeanor Verbally communicate with all levels of staff-maintaining a positive demeanor Takes initiative Excellent listening skills Attention to detail Minimum Education and Experience Required: Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred: Production experience Preferred: Customer Service experience Knowledge of, and experience in, clinical dentistry. Thorough knowledge of implant systems and general implant knowledge. 2-3 years' experience in Dental Lab. Physical Requirements: Perform tasks at multiple workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
