Job Description The seasoned Senior IT Program Manager will oversee multiple complex technology initiatives from planning through execution. This role requires exceptional leadership, cross-functional coordination, and strong technical insight to ensure delivery of enterprise-scale programs that support mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, project discipline, and stakeholder alignment to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead high-visibility, multi-project IT programs aligned with organizational strategy and performance targets
Define program goals, develop execution road maps, and manage program delivery across phases
Build relationships and manage communications with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
Oversee risk mitigation, issue escalation, and ensure delivery timelines and budgets are met
Qualifications & Requirements
8+ years managing complex IT programs or large-scale projects within diverse technical environments
Deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud systems, application lifecycles, and modern development methodologies
Strong track record of working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
