Scrum Lead Malvern, PA - Hybrid

Job Description Responsibilities

10+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5+ years as a scrum master in IT Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent training Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time Ability to work with diverse teams with diverse personalities in high pressure scenarios and within tight deadlines Must have an Agile Mindset and promote the value of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, team empowerment and increasing transparency Deep understanding and ability to implement Scrum Framework in full to coach and mentor your teams to ensure continuous improvement in both team effectiveness and efficiency Must be experienced in using agile collaboration tools, specifically Atlassian JIRA and Confluence; Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Experience in helping and coaching product owners and teams in backlog management, Agile best practices (relative sizing, forecasting and throughput, user story splitting, etc.), iterative philosophy and incremental delivery of highest value and highest priority backlog items to ensure the best possible outcomes for teams' customers Scrum Master certification (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org) preferred Experience in financial services industry preferred

Qualifications

Must be experienced in using agile collaboration tools, specifically Atlassian JIRA and Confluence; Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Since we may not have time to dedicate to upskilling Experience in helping and coaching product owners and teams in backlog management, Agile best practices (relative sizing, forecasting and throughput, user story splitting, etc.), iterative philosophy and incremental delivery. This will help improve our team's agile maturity so super important that they are comfortable in coaching and influencing behaviors.
