Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented, strategic thinker to join as our
Head of ServiceNow Platform & Architecture . This is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our ServiceNow platform-from architecture and integration to governance and performance optimization. You will lead initiatives that modernize internal operations, empower development teams, and ensure business alignment across multiple units. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape the platform's long-term value and enterprise footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the
ServiceNow platform strategy , ensuring it aligns with company-wide digital transformation goals. Oversee the
architecture, development, and operational management
of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and AppEngine. Drive the evaluation, adoption, and seamless rollout of
new ServiceNow modules
and features. Design and implement robust
integrations
with third-party systems using
IntegrationHub
and custom APIs. Lead the enhancement and lifecycle of
custom scoped applications
and advanced catalog flows. Collaborate directly with
stakeholders, product owners, and executive sponsors
to capture business requirements and convert them into scalable platform solutions. Provide oversight and validation for
SOW-driven development , ensuring adherence to platform governance, standards, and timelines. Act as the platform's thought leader, advising development teams and promoting best practices in architecture, performance, and user experience. What You Bring

10 years of experience in enterprise technology , where you've consistently delivered scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs. A
deep, hands-on background in ServiceNow , with
7+ years of platform expertise , including
2+ years developing custom applications
and another
2+ years shaping architectural decisions
that impact enterprise-wide adoption and performance. ServiceNow certifications
including the
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
and
Certified Application Developer (CAD) , which reflect your advanced knowledge of platform configuration, workflow automation, and best practices in ServiceNow implementation. Proven ability to
design and implement complex integrations
with third-party applications using both
IntegrationHub and custom APIs , ensuring seamless data flow and platform interoperability across business systems. A strong aptitude for
communicating complex technical concepts
to diverse audiences, enabling you to align stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and represent the platform effectively at all levels of the organization. A self-directed and
strategic leadership mindset , allowing you to independently prioritize initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and drive platform evolution in line with organizational goals.
