Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm and Saturday: 9am-4pm
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer all incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Answer and promptly respond to all incoming emails and virtual messages
Schedule Service Appointments
Make outbound calls to customers
Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers
Performing other tasks as requested by supervisor
Consistently communicate to Service Advisors customer questions and requests
Assisting customers in obtaining a McCluskey Chevrolet loaner vehicle.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service or call center experience (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, navigating systems)
Familiarity with CRM or call center software (E.G. Tekion or CDK)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Calm under pressure and conflict resolution skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
