Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and driven
Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager
to join our team. The successful candidate will support the account management team with day-to-day duties, providing exceptional service to commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with the account management team to address client inquiries and resolve customer service issues Prepare and process policy documentation, endorsements, and other necessary paperwork for clients Assist in policy renewals and new business submissions, ensuring all underwriting requirements are met Provide administrative support to the account management team, including data entry and file maintenance Build strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders Qualifications/Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant insurance industry experience required Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to building strong client relationships Knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and processes Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
