Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Overview
Red Cedar Homes is seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead execution across paid media, social media, email marketing, website optimization, listing management, and content creation. This role plays a key part in generating leads, increasing visibility, and maintaining a cohesive brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines analytical skill with creative energy, able to launch data-driven campaigns, manage listings across platforms like Zillow, and develop content that connects with today's homebuyers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Paid & Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube with the guidance of the Director of Marketing Set up UTM tracking and campaigns in Salesforce for accurate attribution Monitor performance metrics and report on key KPIs weekly Use GA4, Salesforce, and Meta dashboards to evaluate campaign performance Coordinate with paid media agencies and creative vendors
Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage organic content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Write engaging post copy, coordinate visuals, and monitor performance Collaborate on short-form video or branded reels as needed Track follower growth, engagement, and brand sentiment
Email Marketing
Execute email campaigns and nurture workflows in SalesForce Manage contact segmentation in coordination with the Sales team Track open rates, CTRs, and lead conversion from campaigns
Website & SEO
Coordinate updates to website pages, community listings, and promotions Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital content Support creation of landing pages and lead capture forms
Content Creation & Brand Support
Write and design content for social posts, email campaigns, website banners, and landing pages Create basic graphic assets in Canva or Adobe for digital and print sales materials Assist with ad copy, headlines, and signage messaging
Listing Management (ILS)
Manage and update listings across Internet Listing Services (ILS) such as Zillow, New Home Source, etc. Ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all platforms Track lead flow and performance from listing platforms and optimize for engagement Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and email platforms Experience with real estate listing platforms (Zillow, New Home Source, etc.) preferred Strong understanding of social media strategy, content writing, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe) Familiarity with UTM tagging, SEO, and digital marketing attribution Excellent writing and organizational skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; 8:30 am - 5 pm Job Type:
Full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000 annually Annual bonus based on company and personal performance Benefits:
