The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention through high-impact digital campaigns and data-informed strategies. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing performance across channels, with a focus on campaign execution, conversion rate optimization (CRO), email marketing, web and search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics.This role will translate data into actionable insights, monitor website and campaign performance, and continually refine strategies to maximize ROI. Ideal candidates will bring a performance marketing mindset, analytical fluency, and a passion for creating digital experiences that convert.RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Strategy, Execution & OptimizationPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns including email, paid search, display, and organic social.Drive website optimization efforts through SEO best practices, content enhancements, and CRO tactics including A/B and multivariate testing.Manage and improve marketing automation workflows (e.g., onboarding journeys, cross-sell sequences, re-engagement campaigns).Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM strategies to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and conversion performance.Marketing Analytics & InsightsAnalyze digital performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend improvements to drive KPIs such as leads, opens, clicks, conversions, and member retention.Develop dashboards and reporting for marketing campaigns and channel performance.Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, or lifecycle stage to personalize messaging and increase campaign relevance.Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders.Collaboration & Content CoordinationCollaborate with Marketing, Creative, and external partners to develop campaign assets and landing pages optimized for engagement and performance.Support ongoing management of the website CMS, ensuring content is up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with campaign goals.Monitor social media platforms and review sites as part of brand reputation management efforts, coordinating with the broader team on responses when needed.REQUIREMENTSExperience & Skills2+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a performance-focused environment.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and experience building automated campaigns.Strong skills in marketing reporting, data visualization, and presenting insights that drive action.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms preferred, but not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with dashboarding tools a plus.EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
