About the Role: Integration Administrator
We're looking for an organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented team player to support post-acquisition integrations across multiple departments. As the Integration Administrator, you'll be instrumental in keeping integration efforts on track-managing licenses and documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring communication across teams.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations. This is a great role for someone who thrives behind the scenes and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
1. Manage Integration Documentation
Prepare and/or transfer licenses, permits, and certificates
Coordinate with Sellers and internal teams to gather critical documentation
2. Support Team Operations & Project Tracking
Track integration tasks and maintain project dashboards
Organize and maintain document repositories and project tools
3. Cross-Functional Administrative Support
Attend integration meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Provide administrative support to other departments during integration efforts
Success in this role
means integrations move forward smoothly and on schedule due to your proactive support and strong communication.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in integration, project coordination, or operations support
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and take initiative
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred
Work Environment & Travel
Based in Atlanta at the Branch Support Center
Requires regular in-office attendance when not traveling
Travel up to 50%
