SailPoint Tech Lead / Java Technical Lead

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and versatile SailPoint Tech Lead or a strong Java Technical Lead to support a high-visibility IAM implementation for our client Allianz, in partnership with TCS. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions (if applicable) • Drive technical discussions with internal stakeholders and implementation partners (TCS) • ct as the technical liaison between application teams, security, infrastructure, and leadership • Design, develop, and manage Java-based microservices, APIs, and SailPoint extension modules • Build and support custom workflows, rules, provisioning logic, and connectors • Coordinate with business analysts to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions • Provide mentorship to junior developers and offshore teams Required Skills and Experience: • For SailPoint Tech Lead (Remote Eligible): • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ • Strong experience developing in Java/BeanShell, building custom rules, connectors, and workflows • Familiarity with IAM concepts: lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning, SoD, policy enforcement • Prior experience leading SailPoint implementations and working with integration partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • For Java Tech Lead (Onsite in Minneapolis): • 8+ years of Java development experience with strong understanding of microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs • Experience working with or leading IAM-related projects is a strong plus • Strong background in technical leadership and cross-team coordination • Comfortable working onsite in Minneapolis, MN • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Soft Skills: • Strong communication and presentation skills • bility to coordinate and collaborate with global teams • Self-starter with leadership mindset and proactive approach Work Authorization: Open to USC, GC, and EAD holders
