• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange administration (including Exchange Online and Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019).
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 suite, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 security/compliance features.
• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and Exchange Online migrations (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, SMTP, HTTPS) as they relate to email systems.
