Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC)
at an advanced
Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations Facility . This opportunity is more than just a job; it’s a chance to continue defending our nation’s interests. Your Mission: Protect Digital Assets Ensure the
confidentiality, integrity, and availability
of essential information systems.
Provide direct cybersecurity support to AFSOC RPA Operations Centers and local ISSOs.
Develop and maintain an effective program that secures
Air Force and Intelligence Community
assets.
Conduct thorough system reviews, identify risks, and suggest actionable improvements to enhance security posture.
Your Responsibilities Execute ISSO duties across various customers with expertise and professionalism.
Analyze and report cybersecurity posture, risks, and compliance metrics to enhance mission readiness.
Advise Commanders and ISSMs on
strategic actions
to strengthen cyber defenses.
Support the design and implementation of
local cybersecurity programs
in line with DoD directives.
Deliver
hands-on training
to teams on cybersecurity tools, processes, and standards.
Assist in compliance and planning efforts concerning
ATOs, POA&Ms , and FISMA requirements.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience ( additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree ).
Active TS/SCI clearance
along with
IAT Level II certification .
Strong experience in
System Administration , risk assessments, and authorization documentation.
Familiarity with
SIPR and JWICS
network environments.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications: Operational knowledge of
Air Force and Intelligence Community policies .
Expertise in
ICD 705
physical and personnel security regulations.
Proven experience applying
NIST SP 800
standards in real-world scenarios.

Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
